After 14 days from publication of this notice

If application is for probate

If application is for administration

an application for Administration of the estate of (Name of Deceased) late of (Suburb) (State), will be made by (Names of applicant or applicants) (if applicable relationship to the deceased).

If application is for administration with the will annexed

an application for Administration with the will annexed dated (date) of the estate of (Name of Deceased) late of (Suburb) (State), will be made by (Names of applicant or applicants).

If application is for a reseal
